Terms and Conditions of Membership

YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU CAN BECOME AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF ESCORTS ZA. PLEASE REVIEW THEM CAREFULLY.

1. By signing on as a member of Escorts ZA You agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Agreement"). The parties to this Agreement are you, (“You”, or “Your”, as appropriate), and DASAMLI., (the "Company"), and escortza.com (“Escorts ZA”), the host of this website. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Company agrees to provide to You all the privileges of subscription to Escorts ZA available to a Subscriber in good standing. This Agreement is subject to modification by the Company at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to the Subscriber by e-mail, posting to this web site or by mail.

2. DOWNLOADING IMAGES AND OTHER MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE IS RESTRICTED TO NORMAL BROWSER ACCESS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. BULK SITE DOWNLOADING OR DOWNLOADING FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES ARE NOT PERMITTED. YOU MAY NOT AND DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO DISTRIBUTE, ALTER PHOTOGRAPHIC PORTRAITS OR LIKENESSES (COMPOSITE OR DISTORTED FORM), TRANSFER GRAPHICS, TEXT, HTML, MODIFY TEXT OR IMAGES. You acknowledge and agree that as such, You may access, view, download, receive and otherwise use the materials available at Escorts ZA only as authorized by the Company. 5. THE CURRENT MEMBERSHIP FEE THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED IS $16.95 FOR 30 DAYS ("SUBSCRIPTION TERM") ACCESS TO ALL IMAGES WITHIN. YOU WILL THEN BE CHARGED JUST $11.95 PER MONTH THEREAFTER. UNLESS AND UNTIL THIS AGREEMENT IS CANCELLED BY YOU, YOU HEREBY AUTHORIZE COMPANY TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD, which You hereby acknowledge was entered by You, to pay for the ongoing cost of Your Escorts ZA Subscription as well as any other purchases You make as an Escorts ZA Subscriber. Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.

6. THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM IS AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED AT THE END OF EACH PRECEDING SUBSCRIPTION TERM UNLESS NOTICE IS RECEIVED BY THE COMPANY FROM YOU AT LEAST ONE (1) WEEK PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL DATE OF THE THEN CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION TERM. Your Subscription to Escorts ZA will be discreetly billed to Your credit card as "Verotel." Subscriber further authorizes Verotel, representing DASAMLI. to charge Subscriber's credit card for any and all purchases of products, services and entertainment available at, in or on, or provided by Escorts ZA.

7. You agree that if You cancel Your monthly membership, ESCORTS ZA shall remove Your username and password from the system approximately thirty (30) days from the date of Your last charge but that You will still be entitled to receive the full benefits of Your Subscription to ESCORTS ZA until the lapse of the aforementioned approximately (30) day period. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT IF YOU CANCEL PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF THE THIRTY (30) DAY TERM, YOU SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF ANY KIND. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT COMPANY SHALL NOT REFUND ANY UNUSED PORTION, BUT SHALL INSTEAD PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY REMAINDER OF THE FULL THIRTY (30) DAY SUBSCRIPTION TERM. YOU AGREE THAT IF YOU CANCEL AT ANY TIME AFTER PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION TO ESCORTS ZA, YOU WILL STILL BE LIABLE FOR THE FULL CHARGES AGREED TO.

8. Subscription to Escorts ZA may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by the Company upon notification to You by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone.

9. Access to and use of Escorts ZA is through the use of a password. You hereby agree to keep Your password strictly confidential. You give Your permission to the Company to collect statistical information on Your source Internet Provider address, and You agree that if You share Your unique Login name and/or Your Password with another individual that Your access to Escorts ZA shall be subject to immediate termination without notice or reimbursement of any kind.

10. Prohibited uses of graphic files, audio files, video files, text, hyperlinks, interlinks, search engines, and other software on Escorts ZA ("Materials") include: (1) modifying, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling the Materials (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction); (2) making copies or creating derivative works based on the Materials except as provided herein; (4) renting, leasing, or transferring attempting to transfer any rights in the Materials; (4) removing any proprietary notices or labels on the Materials.

11. Except for public domain material or material otherwise licensed to Company for dissemination, all Materials displayed at or otherwise available through Escorts ZA are proprietary, and, except for initial downloading, may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of the Company.

12. You agree that Materials and all other services provided to You by the Company are provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties whatsoever. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of an implied warranty, so this disclaimer may not apply to You and You may have other legal rights that vary by jurisdiction.

14. Any liability of the Company shall be strictly limited to the amount of membership fee paid by or on behalf of the subscriber to Company for the preceding month. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to You.

15. No warranty is made by the Company regarding any information, services, Materials or products provided through or in connection with the Escorts ZA, and Company hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: (i) any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of Materials, information, products, or services; (ii) any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to You.

16. "escortza.com" and “Escorts ZA” are trademarks of DASAMLI. All rights in the use of such marks are strictly reserved.

17. If the Company should at any time provide any service which enables Subscribers to communicate with or otherwise share information with other Subscribers or persons providing any kind or service to Subscribers, or post information at, in or on Escorts ZA, You agree not to post, submit, publish, display, disseminate, or otherwise communicate any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, offensive, or illegal material or any material which would violate or infringe the copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, privacy rights or other rights of any person.

18. Notices from Escorts ZA to Subscribers may be given by means of e-mail, by general posting on Escorts ZA or by conventional mail. Communications from You to the Company may be made by e-mail. All questions, complaints or notices to Escorts ZA may be sent by means of electronic mail to support@escortza.com.

19. Escorts ZA is not affiliated with any company or organization other than DASAMLI. No inference of association or affiliation with, or endorsement by any company or organization, is intended or should be inferred.

20. BY SUBMITTING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO Verotel , YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, CONSENT TO EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION SET FORTH HEREIN , REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS (TWENTY-ONE (21) IN PLACES WHERE EIGHTEEN YEARS IS NOT THE AGE OF MAJORITY) AND UNDERSTAND THAT MATERIALS PRESENTED AT ESCORTS ZA INCLUDE NUDITY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, ARE NOT OVER THE AGE OF MAJORITY, OR ARE IN AN UNAUTHORIZED DOWNLOADING LOCATION, YOU MUST EXIT ESCORTZA IMMEDIATELY.
